Lead Civil Engineer - Jeddah - Progress Personnel Ltd
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join this leading contracting and construction group in Jeddah.
Based in Head office you will report to head of engineering and you will work with the team to monitor the civil / structural work that taking place. Key duties will include;
• Provide input for the methods of project execution
• Review projects at bid stage, provide technical input to the bid team.
• Liaise and coordinate with architectural and MEP team members
• Analyze and design structural systems of buildings, using the major structural analysis software that are common in the Middle East (ETABS, SAP2000, etc).

Development Manager - Real estate - Jeddah - Progress Personnel Ltd
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join this expanding Real estate development group in Jeddah.
The Development Manager will be responsible for all activities related to the projects development. Key responsibilities will include coordinating with consultancy firm/agency and where necessary provide technical/management guidance to ensure the successful development of the project.
The Development Manager will also be responsible for providing technical and operational support whenever required to concerned sections & internal departments, in order to ensure successful development of the project.
Ideally you will currently be in an Architecture Engineer /Civil Engineer / Project Manager role and you will have experience in Development work.

Job descriptionThe Commerce B2B Sales Leader is responsible for the success of the IBM Software Group Commerce B2B portolio in Saudi Arabia and is part of the Industry Solutions brand team. The Commerce Sales role has responsibility for ensuring that the strategic direction revenue targets sales enablement and pipeline build metrics are achieved for the âBusiness Solutionsâ portfolio of products and services within the assigned territory. The financial services industry is a key target market for IBMâs B2B solutions Telco Public Sector and Retail are also target markets. The role requires significant skills in establishing a strong position for IBMâs Commerce solutions in the region and is targeted with selling the Commerce B2B portfolio and as the âProductSolutionâ go to expert within the region.SCOPE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY The role will have a significant impact on revenue and budget performance for the assigned âProductSolutionâ portfolio. To support this the Commerce Sales Leader will be expected to own build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and to support business partners in selling and servicing the Commerce B2B portfolio.
