We are looking for Recruitment Advisor for our Inhouse role to be based in UAE.

Location Abu Dhabi UAEPrimary Objective


To provide a professional recruitment service to clients in the operations which maximises the number and quality of candidates for each position and maintains a timely and professional system of recruitment.Specific Objectives



  • Accountabilities include but are not limited to

  • Implement the delivery of a client focussed cost effective and timely recruitment service by utilising a quality systems approach to recruitment and selection.

  • Contribute to the development of a cohesive recruitment team by assisting all other personnel in recruitment as required to achieve successful outcomes for the client assignment.

  • Contribute to cost control in recruitment by adopting and recommending practices which minimise expenditure for the client without compromising results and allow continuous monitoring of cost.

  • Responsible for the manual and computerised administration process associated with client assignments in line with the specified recruitment process.

  • Identifying suitable candidates for difficult to fill roles by use of industry contacts

  • Participate in the development of recruitment guidelines consistent with other organization policies and procedures in consultation with Group HR Coordinator and the CampM Directors and BUGMs

  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage project demobilization and transfer of internal candidates.

  • Manage major project recruitment programs

  • Assist with advice to the business on issues such as remuneration as they relate to recruitment

  • Manage the flow of communication between newpotential recruits and the relevant contacts within the organisation

  • Liaise with outside agencies to source potential recruits

  • Assist in the development of position descriptions advertisements liaise with HR team in respect to terms and conditions of employment letters of contract and other recruitment related documentation

  • Participate in career markets and other recruitment related events

  • Quality Assurance ndash Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU etc

  • Safety ndash Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU etc. Understand and follow OHampS procedures.

    Essential skillsexperience



    • Tertiary qualifications in related discipline

    • Recruitment experience preferably within the EngineeringResource industry

    • Experience using the Targeted Selection method of interviewing

    • Recruitment consulting in the resources industry
