Job Description




Main accountabilities



  • Closely link with Client and perform gradual technical and coordination meeting

  • Coordinate and directly link and monitor our Subcontractors during execution of Detail Engineering fabrication and Offshore Installation whether in accordance with planning or any deviation to the original planned in order to establish Contingency Plan If required

  • Control and monitor Detail Engineering Process to meet the target date of issuing the document such as Requisition data Sheet MTO Structure and Piping Stress Calculation Note PampID drawing ISO drawing Electrical drawing safety Concept and other related engineering document to support yard construction.

  • Perform evaluation for Detail Engineering by issuing weekly Progress Report to solve if any progress delays to answer client comment and to find another solution how to reach the target progress and solve the problem.

  • Perform Technical and Commercial Evaluation of nominates Subcontractors Vendors and ensures that technical and commercial proposal offering by Subcontractor Vendor are in accordance with project specification

  • Follow up and Control Procurement Monitoring Schedule PMS Material Tracking Report MTR and Inspection Report Ensure that material plan arriving at yard is in accordance with fabrication schedule.

  • Monitor and control the availability of resources requirement.

  • Closely working and monitor Offshore Installation Company to match the target date of Installation of jacket Deck Platform HookUp Precommissioning

  • Monitor overall resources during project execution and perform resources adjustment to reach target date of completion.

  • Closely monitor and control project execution plan and all supporting facilities to ensure that every step of project will be in accordance with planning and within the budget.

  • Monitor overall cost and reduce unnecessary cost due to any improperly work done as well as how to minimize cost by improving efficiency and improve coordination among Client Main Contractor and Subcontractor

    MAIN REQUIREMENTS



    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Offshore Mechanical or Structural background is an advantage.

    • Previous experience in platform design including the Jacket topsides is preferred

    • Good interpersonal and management skills

    • Results focused with demonstrated ability to meet schedules within budget.

    • Sound understanding of financial management
