Cost Control Manager
JOB DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
• Follow up the Project Budget
• Obtain the budget costs of system, assemblies, equipment, materials and labor.
• Preparation of a Budgeting and Cost Management Plan including updates
• Establishing the cost centers and cost codes for the Project
• Preparation of a Budget Estimate and updates thereof for approval by the Client of construction costs. Monitoring projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved Budget Estimate.
• Preparation and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates thereof at the completion of each design and tender documentation stage covering consultancy agreements and construction contracts.
• Provide cost advice during the final development of the design, including cost comparisons reviews of alternative design or construction solutions.
• Provide budget updates in such form and with such details as may be requested by the Client
• Follow up of all contractual issues and monitor their cost impact.

Full-Time Position- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, related to Wide Format Printer Sales and Digital Document System sales for well-known brand name in the printing industry.
Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and execute an effective sales call plan for the Wide Format Printer Sales Sector/ Digital Document System.
• Develop a Marketing plan for Wide Format Products/ Digital Document System.
• Responsible for all sales activities related to Wide Format Printer sales/ Digital document System in assigned regions.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
• New business prospecting and development, including cold calling, setting appointments, and forming proposals for presentations.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• Communicate with Management on all Wide Format Sales Activity/ Digital Document System.
• Attend trainings and sales meetings.
• Participate in product demonstrations.

English Instructor- Training Center - Al Hussan Education
1. Teaches all lessons as required by official training center timetable.
2. Executes all aspects of training center policy as dictated by Principal or Senior Management.
3. Accepts that they are part of a team working towards the same goal, namely the provision of the best
possible education experience for all students in their care.
4. Executes curriculum under the guidance of the responsible Senior Teacher
5. Devotes themselves to present curriculum by using the best available resources and material.
6. Brings to the attention of the relevant Senior Teacher or member of the training center management any
deficiencies in resources or materials needed to present the curriculum efficiently.
7. Maintains good health and to be present at training center on every working day, or other days as required by the Senior Teacher or the training center management for the purposes of teaching, further training,
8. Teaches (by substitution) for any other absent member as required by the training center management.
9. Create and maintain a positive, orderly and academically focused learning environment.
10. Implement an effective classroom management and student disciplinary policies.

12 . Prepares notes, revision guides and test papers as required by the Senior Teacher or the training

Chemist - Australian Laboratory Services - Arabia
Position duties and scop:
The Chemist is responsible for:
• Ensuring that analytical procedures and associated tasks for which they are responsible are conducted in accordance with the Laboratories Quality Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Organising designated tasks to maximise daily efficiencies.
• Ensuring that all tasks and analyses are performed within the timeframe set down by the Senior Chemist and the relevant analysis standard.
• Ensure turnaround times and productivity levels are met.
• The reporting of results as required by the Senior Chemist.
• Highlighting anomcealies in results, sample type and sample behaviour to the Senior Chemist.
• Calibrating equipment as required by the Senior Chemist and the laboratories quality procedures.
• Controlling consumable stock required for the tasks performed.
• Performing housekeeping duties as required.
• Other duties, as requested, relating to this position.
Quality Responsibilities:
The Chemist has the following quality responsibilities:
• To ensure that all analysis and duties are performed in accordance with ALS Arabia quality procedures.
• To ensure that only calibrated equipment used and instrument maintenance is up to date.
