Job Purpose:
To ensure that BSS/RAN Network performs as per project KPI’s and all RF Optimization responsibilities are dealt with such as pre- and post launch verification and optimization, analyze network performance data, customer complaints and performance reporting.
Key Duties :
Site/Network Optimization
• Drive testing for pre- and post launch performance data collection, verification and optimization.
• Collect network performance data and analyze, customer complaints analyze and propose site/network enhancing performance changes and performance reporting.
• Ensure compatibility of network elements.
• Support trainee engineers to develop their Planning/Optimization engineering skills.
• Adhere to all ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements as determined by the organization
Communications and Working Relations:
• RF Planning/Optimization engineers and RF Planning/Optimization Team leader
Decision Making Authority and Responsibility:
• Receives instructions from RF Optimization Team leader
• Gives instructions to Junior RF Planning/Optimization engineers
