Logistics Partner Manager


Roles and Responsibility







· Contact point for all rate maintenance issues and coordination with TMS on same.



· Supporting the maintenance of ratestariffs in Company's TMS.



· Executions golive testing.



· Maintain documentations with regard to market cost developments and elements of transportation lab our and fuel costs.



· Execution of data and analytical work with regard to Tender documentations.



· Supporting in preparation of tendering compilation of Tender documentation and coordination in regard to tendering.



· Execution of Tender analysis and LSP selection recommendations.



· Execution of network analysis engineering and network improvement tasks.



· Supporting baseline setting and cost savings calculations.



· Supporting in writing QSHE documentation in alignment with the Team lead LPAU andor the manager of the LP department.

· Back up within the LPA Team in areas like but not limited to maintenance of management supporting documentations required for managing LSP's



· Supporting adhoc requests and projects within Operations Support and as well as the LCC.

Strong service orientation with customer focus and well experienced in the customer service business with required quality standards

Ability to fulfil critical tasks on time keep schedules and deadlines with keeping a cool head when it becomes stressful

High degree of organizational administrative and business communication skills

Experienced in people management with minimum of 2 years practice

Ability to work on own initiative and to motivate staff accordingly

Good computer literacy of word excel PowerPoint and outlook

Excellent skills in English verbal and writing

Graduation in logistics or equivalent apprenticeship and postgraduation in logistics

Work experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment
