Senior Project Engineer Pigging Senior Project Engineer OffshoreSaudi Residing in Kuwait US14500 per month AllowancesOur client is looking for a Senior Project Engineer Offshore with Pigging experience to be part of the core AlKhafji PMC Project team. The successful candidate will be involved with supervision of individual projects within this redevelopment field including FEED and detailed design management.The client is currently looking to add a range of talented staff to the team which is already 130 strong on the multibillion dollar revampupgrade of the Al Khafji fields.The Senior Project Engineer Offshore will be in charge of the following tasks.I. During Tender Phase 1 Requirements for the eligibility of the bidders 2 Input to the tender conditions and preparation of tender and contract documents for construction 3 Evaluation and analysis and recommendation in regards to tendersII. During Design Phase 1 Reviews Project schedule 2 Design criteria drawing standards and conventions and design guidelines 3 Input to the Service Orders for Basic Engineering Detailed Design Tendering and Construction Supervision services 4 Management and coordination for the offshore PMT team. 5 Engineering and design data review. 6 Incorporate existing design data drawings and specifications 7 Engineering Standards Material and Performance Specifications and Vendor lists. 8 Leads reviews of all contractor's drawings standards specifications lists and calculations Engineers Estimates and Bills of Quantity in accordance with the procedures. 9 Attend Periodic and Design Review Meetings 10 Integration and consolidation of the designsIII. During Construction Phase 1 Reviews Project schedule. 2 Attends preconstruction conferences briefings and presentations. 3 If necessary performs field construction management function 4 Performs project management and coordination functions. 5 Oversight management and coordination of responses to requests for information from Construction Contractor 6 Procurement support and expediting support for materials and equipment 7 Quality Management support during construction 8 Periodic meetings with the Construction Contractors and Construction Review Meetings 9 Ensures reviews and checking of asbuilt drawings.Organisation InterfacePMS InterfaceThe Senior Project Engineer Offshore will report to the Project Director and Senior Offshore Project Controller and will manage all activities of the PMS personnel within the designated PMT team.
