The graduates will be put into an induction program that develops firstclass Consulting Analysts who are client and project ready. A business analyst implements critical business solutions for specific projects delegated by the consultants. A business analyst takes care of the details and reviews all necessary workflows organizational structures culture policies and other information to present it to the consultants. Business analysts leverage on their technical skills to assist consultants in researching a companyrsquos current situation including its internal and external environment. Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Collect and analyze data and statistics
- Understand the different operational models flowcharts and organizational structures
- Undertake market studies on industry sectors markets and competitors
- Conduct an in depth research on the underlying company
- Possess knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices and solutions
- Work within a team and share knowledge with peers
- Report and communicate data and findings to the consulting team
- Produce needed reports charts and tables using relevant statistical tools
- Review companiesrsquo policies and report changes
- Document all necessary information throughout the project including key success factors learning and future improvements
- Assist the consultants in any area needed in a project
Qualification
- Have a strong academic performance in Business Engineering Computer Science Management Information System or Finance
