Prepare, maintain and update monthly pipeline reports and sales forecast targets. Enable a marketing plan approved by the management.
Partner
a. Select and appoint partners and integrators for UAE after sales & marketing manager approval
b. Train partner’s installation, design and sales team
c. Define and monitor targets
d. Ensure stocks are maintained at a premium level
e. Measure and report partner performance
f. Provide project pricing and protection mechanism
2. End user
a. Pre qualify Psion via partner or directly
b. Create project with customers
c. Create budget for projects
d. Conduct technical training for infrastructure team
e. Help write tender specifications as well as lock out specifications
f. Maintain end user relationship at all levels (New and Old)
3. Vendor
a. Keep top level relationships with vendor
b. Negotiate project pricing
c. Obtain and update price list
d. Ensure latest products technical specifications are obtained
e. Ensure regional requirements for products are clearly defined to the vendor
f. Obtain updated training materials
