1. Sending of LOD drawings to confirmed tenants
2. Receive and review of concept and detailed drawings
3. Responsible in handing over the site to the tenants to begin with construction
4. Responsible in monitoring site progress and follow up tenants and contractors if there are delays
5. Prepares weekly progress report of the entire fit-out construction of Ezdan Mall
6. Close coordination with safety officer to receive comments to ensure that the units that are under construction are safe and free from safety hazards.
7. Doing some revision on the drawings using Autocad if needed as per site condition
8. Sending constant follow ups and reminders to tenants with regards to the status of construction
9. Coordinating with tenants and contractor if they required any assistance with regards to the construction of the shop
10. Close coordination with facilities, project coordinator and operation team to facilitate a smooth transition and execution of fit-out works
11. Attends inspection on site to ensure that everything is in accordance with local authorities standard
12. Prepares all necessary NOC for Kahramaa meter and external signage application.
13. To notify leasing department with regards to the delays and technical details of every tenants on site.
14. To notify operation team of any firefighting system shutdown activities to ensure that the shopping mall is safe
15. To closely coordinate with the document controller to make sure that all drawings are kept on every file folder for records and references.
16. Processing of store opening clearance and collecting all important documents required before trading
17. To endorse the unit to the operation team once it is ready for trading
