Senior Project Manager - Large Building Project
My client, one of largest Japanese Contractor in Qatar now working on a high profile urban regeneration project. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in leadership, setting up and delivering policies, procedures, audits, training as well as doing Risk Assessment and other duties.
Home to the FIFA World Cup 2022, Qatar is currently experiencing unprecedented growth across the construction sector fuelled by a $100bn investment in Infrastructure and Civil Buildings projects, including the development of a new Metro System, major Road development programme and establishing high profile communities such as Lusail, The Pearl and West Bay regions.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you need to have the following experience and qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with project management
- Have experience on civil projects:Building, Towers, Hospital, High-rise etc.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
- A full Nebsoh diploma or a bachelor degree in engineer is request
- Excellent Communication skills
- Minimum of 15 years experience and Experience in the Middle East
- Background of contractor and construction is preferred
