- Financial Planning and analysis- Transaction Evaluation- Financial and commercial due diligence- Financial modeling- Valuation- Transaction structuring- Transaction management
Profile
The Manager, Merger & Acquisitions must have the following skills:
- Advanced due diligence and evaluation skills- Advanced analytical skills- 10+ years experience in a reputable investment company- Practical experience in due diligence and evaluation- Agribusiness experience/exposure- Strong knowledge of M&A process- Experience in closing business deals independently- Arabic is a plus
