1- Maintains items master MMIS database providing updated details of item description, classifications, organization attributes and appropriate item category linkage.
2- Reviews item requested by user departments to converted from non-stock to stock items and provide appropriate recommendation.
3- Reviews on periodic basis the product specification and submit proposals for updating these standards.
4- Creates item code/ categories related information, in the database System as required to maintain system information integrity and institution requirements.
5- Analyzes and facilitates user department information to identify product item definite description specification by reviewing products websites based on standard policy.
6- Contact department users or clients to seek clarification on the product and the other relevant information to define functional requirements.
7- Processes request for product Standardization.
