- Performance Management System
Lead the development of tools, guides, policy and procedures, and manuals for performance management system to help Almajdouie attract, retain and develop talent.
Develop and recommend policies regarding the outcome of the performance management system outcomes, that will help develop Almajdouie staff in line with the group strategy.
Analyze data collected form the PMS to develop reports that provide insight into the group’s staff.
Develop and recommend enhancements to the existing PMS process to help improve the overall performance of the employees.
- Organizational Development
Assist in managing received request regarding Organizational Structure request change, Job Description and evaluations requests.
Analyze received info/data regarding OS request, JD and JE requests and identify concerns and/or areas of improvement and inform OD head about them with recommendations to help avoid conflicts and complications
Assist in the development of a plan for the OD section to ensure the everyone has clear objectives
Manage special project for the HR function to help ensure better retention rate are achieved by Almajdouie.
