We are now recruiting highly organised individuals to fill our current vacancy for Recruitment Officer to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews resumes credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements
  


• Provides support to the team primarily in terms of sourcing and initial screening and works hand in hand with the team in managing the manpower requirements
  


• Assists in designing or revising recruitment tools policies forms and contract if needed and advised
  


• Develops and maintains excellent working relations within the Recruitment and Operations and Hiring Teams
  


• Performs such other recruitment related functions that may be assigned permanently and from time to time
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Qualifications and Experience
  
  

  
  
  • Candidate must be a degree holder either of Human Resource Management Psychology or Business Administration
    
  
  
  • At least 5 years' of working experience in similar industry shared services or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position
    
  
  
  • Prior experience in recruiting for Design Engineers preferred
    
  
  
  • Must have strong sourcing experience
    
  
  
  • Must have a wide range of connection tightup with recruitment partners that will support sourcing
    
  
  
  • Extensive experience in data processing of manpower
    
  
  
  • Possess strong attention to detail excellent peopleleadership skills proactive
    
  
  
  • Excellent planning time management and decision making skills
    
  
  
  • Strong communication skills
    
  
  
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
    
  
  
  • A flexible team player with proven ability to work in a diversified culture
    
  
  
  • Ability to build strong relationships internal and external to organization
    
  
  
  • Must be a Saudi national preferably based in Jeddah
