This role is responsible for driving the pricing plans for Saudi Arabia. It will strongly collaborate with the Marketing team the Modality teams the Sales team and Finance to ensure that proper targets are achieved.Essential Responsibilities

Work closely with the EAGM Product Pricing Team Modality Management Finance amp Sales Teams to develop and execute GE Healthcare pricing strategy to drive profitable growth in the region.



Work closely with the Saudi Arabia Region Sales and Modality teams EAGM Modality Pricing Leaders and the EAGM Pricing Manager to ensure that Saudi Arabia pricing targets are delivered.



Work with the EAGM pricing team and regional modalityservice team to set and revise Saudi Arabia equipment and service CM amp discount targets to give more empowerment to the regional team on price approval.



Drive regional collaboration amp escalation around MMD and One GEHC deals



Lead regional pricing reviews and deal economics for MMDs



Conduct regional price performance analyses such as price erosion pricing dash boards win loss analysis and segmentation analysis to support the pricing strategies.



Utilize analytical skills when evaluating data from pricing and finance data tools to strive for informed and accurate pricing decisions including margin calculations market comparisons historical pricing etc.



Train commercial team on pricing methodologies and value selling to enhance culture of profit in the regions.



Revise distributor pricing strategy with the regional management team



Work with the finance team on orders to sales CM leakage and review of cost estimates to have better profitability estimates.



Custodian of pricing empowerment and pricing escalation in the region.QualificationsRequirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or Marketing.



2. 3 years experience in pricing finance or a related field



3. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.



4. Very strong analytical statistical problemsolving skills and attention to detail



5. Distinctive and rigorous problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to provide analytical rigor and critical thinking to develop pricing recommendations.



6. Strong impact orientation. Identifies major opportunities quick to translate ideas into action plans to capture the opportunities.



7. Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle crossfunctional issues



8. Demonstrated ability to understand market dynamics and successfully counsel Sales teams to win and grow volume while optimizing price margin



9. Team oriented ability work well with diverse crossfunctional teams



10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate motivate and influence at all levels of the organization.



11. Strategic thinker with experience presenting solutions to seniorlevel audiences.
