The Commercial Manager works in alignment with region imperatives following lean processes and pair with Sales amp Technical Manager to achieve the order amp margin goals of the region with compliance in mind.Essential Responsibilities Build the commercial and contractual proposal which includes elaboration of comments to terms and conditions based on client RFQ.
Synchronize technical terms with commercial terms leverage on Technical Manager and CAE team to ensure best guarantees and relevant technical features increasing GE proposal value to client are included to position GE to win.
Present the summary of the offer to the WinTable Risk Review committee to bid to the customer
Participate to proposal and region strategy and focus his attention on execution of the order plan.
Present the offer to the customer.
Take ownership for negotiating the commercial and technical terms in close coordination with Sales technical manager and CAE team.
Manage the release of signed contracts to the Project Management and Parts amp Maintenance teams.
Business trips in Middle East region is foreseen
Participates to ITO simplification Customer alignment and other Fast works initiatives.
Supports achievement of commercial team metrics related to orders and margins for PGP.QualificationsRequirements Bachelor in Commercial or Engineering Bac 45
