JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure customer satisfaction at all level of fischer as well as acting as first contact point to our sales personal.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTS
• Maintain Sales Order report on daily, monthly & yearly basis, whilst update MD on daily basis
• Update sales personal on weekly sales order
• Maintain quotation file & approvals
SALES COORDINATION
• Stock & price enquiry for sales staff
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery & update customer for same
• Prepare quotation
• Book Order & forward LPO to logistics
• Front end contact point for agents & direct customers
GENERAL
• Prepare submittals & follow up with sales staff
• Coordinate with finance in terms of credit control
• Field visit to customer on weekly basis to follow up on the submittals, quotation, customer feedback.
