• Work in conjunction with Sales Director of Chemical division to direct sales for the division. New lead contact, screening, opportunity development, and closing chemical sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Work with technical service team to coordinate services, and installation schedules.
• To provide adequate training for customers in Hygiene management.
• To achieve sales targets as set by the company, in terms of turnover.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
• To travel to the customers on a regular basis inside the Target Area as required in line with the agreed company travel budgets.
