Material receiving and inspection:-
Document and material verification as per compnay requirements.
Initiate and control Material Discrepancy and non-conformance reports.
Communicate with End-Users and Buyers.
Control process of repairable materials and all material leaving company site.
Material storing/binning and issuing:-
Bin all confirmed materials in allocated bin and warehouses (7) location with proper preservation.
Ensure proper segregation of chemicals.
Safely store materials and chemicals as required.
Issue materials to end-user.
Support stock taking and involve in resolving all discrepancies during count.
Maintain spreadsheet of all Direct Out/Project materials kept in warehouses.
Support all shut/break downs and turnaround.
Good knowledge of SAP:-
Post all receiving and issuing transaction in SAP and obtain all necessary report.
Obtain all necessary SAP reports.
Employees Supervision
Ensure that staff are trained and acquire proper training.
Ensure that staff performance is safe and provide proper support.
Plan staff annual leave and rotation.
Ensure that all staff is part of the team (Teambuilding).
Ensure that communication in English language is maintained.
Operation and Housekeeping:-
Maintain proper safe and clean environment.
Maximize recycling of reusable packaging items and wooden pallets.
Identify required tools and equipments for warehouse operations.
Ensure all expired materials/chemicals are properly labeled, communicated to environment and disposed on time.
Ability to operate forklift (Electrical & LPG).
Safety:-
Compliance to company policies and safety procedures.
Participate and encourage staff to participate in all safety programs and activities.
General knowledge of chemicals safe handling and management.
Able to identify Warehouse operations related hazards.
