• Closing the competency gaps for all jobs in the company by working closely with line managers and the Training & CD Manager by providing timely solutions on an ongoing basis.
• Implementing the training strategy according to the directions of the Training & CD manager.
• Translating the results of Training Needs Analysis undertaken into a yearly, quarterly or monthly training plan at Job, Individual and/or Department level(s).
• Designing, delivering, and/or coordinating training sessions for employees whenever needed in his fields of expertise and by being proactive in creating the knowledge base required by employees to function at a high level.
• Ensuring the effective delivery and implementation of induction programs for all new comers.
• Reviewing Training procedures on yearly basis and suggesting improvements.
• Coordinating with different Departments to identify their yearly needs for senior, mid and junior staff.
• Supervise, direct and coach direct subordinates on regular basis either individually or as a group in person or by a designated trainer either internally or externally. Assist in the creation, fulfilling, implementing and updating the approved Career Development Plans for individuals and groups.
• Update the Training Database and records on LMS or SAP after coordinating with the dept. executive secretary or Training and CD Manager.
• Sending a monthly report regarding all Training activities and achievements to the Training & CD Manager.
• Update the learning path for each job on yearly basis after gathering data from relevant departments, individuals and groups within the company matrix.
