Sales Manager - Spa - Regency Group Holding

Sales



1. Develop Spa Sales Strategy and ensure consistent image is being portrayed.

2. Create ongoing in house promotions activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers.

3. Guide business decision by staying on top of Spa industry trends.

4. Consistently develop and grow retail sales through training, tools and monitoring.

5. Ensure that the Spa is always staged for maximum buyer impact.

6. Develops strategies to meet annual sales goals.

7. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.

8. Responsible to monitor the bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals and contracts.

9. Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet budgetary sales expectations.

Customer Service

1. Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.

2. Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comments cards.

3. Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value - plus service to the customer.

4. Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.

5. Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling.

6. Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.

Financial

1. Interpret financial reports and provide expertise on Revenues vs. Expenses.

2. Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress.

3. Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability.

4. Implement full Spa product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.

5. Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
