General Manager - Halls

1. Develops strategies to meet annual sales goals, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database.

2. Meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory, and accounts.

3. Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.

4. Responsible to monitor and track the bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals and contracts.

5. Ambassador to represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients. Travel across various countries if required to attend various seminars, and events.. Maintain long lasting customer relationships.

6. Responsible for all banquet events to include scheduling date and time for events, menus, pricing, staffing, signing and the deposit.

7. Responsible for planning and execution of all meetings, banquets and catering events, track the bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals and contracts.

8. Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations. Analyze the sales team, and check if their work is going on smoothly or not.

9. Interfaces with operations to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events.

10. Ensure that the communications with customers before, during and after event are maintained.

11. Responsible to track the database of contacts for repeat and future bookings.

12. Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet budgetary sales expectations.

13. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model.

15. Arranges special public relations events on and off premises.

16. Responsible to hire new employee, coach existing staff, establish performance goal for each employee, and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the expectations or not.

17. Responsible to prepare the sales budgets annually showing sales volume and potential sales.
