• provide professional accounting work related to the preparation and maintenance of financial records, the audit of financial transactions and the production of reports.
• Provide analytical support relating to financial statements and ledger accounts
• Manage internal control documentation and compliance reporting
• Supervises the activities of the accounting clerk, the treasurer, and the payroll clerk.
• Responsible for the supervision and control of the general ledger, payables, payroll, property, budget
• reporting, and statistical accumulation.
• Develops financial reports for financial analysis, forecasting, trending, and results analysis
• Develop periodic cash flow plans
• Reviews all projects related expenditures and allocates them to their appropriate Cost centers
• Reviews payroll schedules to insure their integrity.
• Reviews all invoices and receipts.
• Reviews all supplier documentation.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience in accounting with professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA, CFM and CMA
• Responsible for fixed assets management and the preparation of all related documentation.
• Interprets and implements new accounting standards, and audits the accounting data.
• Develops procedures related to compliance with generally accepted accounting policies and procedures.
