This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join a diversified conglomerate; that has interests in a wide variety of commercial activities. The organisation is currently in a process of transformation and this role aims to support the Real Estate Investment VP and lead Board level reporting. Advanced use of THINK -CELL is essential to this role.
Key elements of the role will include;
• Develop high quality, compelling PowerPoint presentations and financial models
• Conduct market research and compilation of quantitative data
• Analyze market data, assess economic conditions
• Prepare Feasibility Studies, Market Studies, and Due Diligence Reports
• Manage periodic financial analysis, performance tracking, and reporting process
• Review and finalize business plans of portfolio companies, and provide support on modifying plans in response to changing market conditions
• Monitor portfolio companies providing strategic advice, and working with management on value adding initiatives, contributing in deck / presentation writing, leveraging and contributing to Real Estate Department.
