- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales. - Ability to solve problems and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frames. - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report to the management. - Develops buyers by maintaining report with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. - Understands LED luminaires and facades by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; key attributes necessary for sales. - Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; building rapport. - Demonstrates luminaires and facades via presentation and videos by explaining characteristics, features & benefits best suited for their requirements. - Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
