Job Title - Infrastructure Division Head
My client, a wholly owned Qatari company, is one of the leading EPIC/traditional contractors in the State of Qatar. Existing since 1978.They are now recruiting for Infrastructure Division Head who has experience in leadership, setting up and delivering policies, procedures, audits, training as well as doing Risk Assessment and other duties.
Home to the FIFA World Cup 2022, Qatar is currently experiencing unprecedented growth across the construction sector fuelled by a $100bn investment in Infrastructure and Civil Buildings projects, including the development of a new Metro System, major Road development programme and establishing high profile communities such as Lusail, The Pearl and West Bay regions.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you need to have the following experience and qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with project management, able to lead a department into next step.
- Have experience on Infrastructure projects:Road, Highway, Underpass, Bridge, Interchanges, Drainage, Pipelines, Swerage Lines, Utilities, Pump Station etc.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Ability to bring existing project to successful completion through political sensitivity and ability to bring new projects to company
- Ability to increase project profitability
- A full Nebsoh diploma or a bachelor degree in engineer is request
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum of 20 years experience and Experience in the Middle East
- Background of contractor and construction is preferred
