Director Of Human Resources (hotel)

•Responsible for the effective management and performance of all Human Resources related activities such as employee relations and wellbeing, development, succession planning, learning, training, recognition, social activities, as well as health and safety standards.
• Recruiting of the opening team.
• Managing labor relations, controlling and coordinating benefits, compensation, salaries and budgets.
• Evaluating changes and trends in the labor market and making recommendations.
• Developing policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel.
• Manages the brand integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to employee performance.
• Encourages the development of staff to achieve their highest potential.
• Measures staff satisfaction on a regular basis.
• Manages and implements the performance appraisal review system.
