The role reports to the Head of Information Technology.
Job Purpose
The Deputy Head of Information Technology is responsible for providing adequate strategic and operational support and oversees all activities relating to the installation, maintenance and enhancement of I.T systems of the Bank. The Deputy Head of Information Technology is also responsible for automation of work process in administrative areas of the business and for software development for providing efficient customer service.
Essential Qualifications/Experience Required
University degree in any computer course, preferably with Master's Degree
10 years' experience in most areas of Information Technology preferably within the Banking sector, 3 years of which as managerial cadre
