To help and support the Finance Manager in reviewing the Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, Interest calculation, Variance analysis and prepare monthly reports to our clients.
-Maintain financials records, review accounting entries, reconcile intercompany accounts.
-Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss account and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
- Consolidate the accounts of entities.
- Audit contracts, invoices, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
- Devise and implement manual or computer based system for general accounting.
- Review financial statements received from our consultants for accuracy and prepare reports to our clients.
- Direct and coordinate activities of other accountants.
-Direct and oversee all financial activities of the hotel and other entities of our client including preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing the due diligence report.
- Assist in analyzing the hotel operations to pinpoint opportunities an areas that need to be recognized, downsized or eliminated.
- Review reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggest methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
- Prepare budgets, outlook and compare the actuals with the budgeted figures and analysis.
-Review tax and VAT submission on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Any other duties assigned
