Sales Account Manager HR Service

About the Job Sales Account Manager Liaise with clients on all aspects and act as the HR contact person Meet and liaise with clients to identify hiring requirements Prepare recruitment agreements with clients Approach new sources for potential candidates screen CVs contact candidates for suitable vacancies in accordance with required qualifications Approach new recruitment channels Correspond with clients on job requirements arrange second interviews discuss selection feedback etc. Conduct general interviews and administer IQ or English tests Conduct CompetencyBased Interviews CBIs for senior positions Prepare and communicate job offers to accepted candidates according to company salary structure Carry out job analysis job descriptions and assessments for employees Carry out probation period appraisals for newly hired employees Create proposals for HR policies and internal procedures Assist in development of proposals for organization structures Create and update organization charts Assist in development of individual employee objectives Support the employee appraisal process Assist in the development of grading system for accounts Carry out TNAs and prepare Learning amp Development plans accordingly Conduct exit interviews with resigned employees and carry out quarterly analysis of results Handle outsourced function of maintaining annual leave records employee files social insurance records attendance records etc. Handle client invoicing process Carry out mass recruitment activities sales agents call center reps etc. Prepare internal amp external documentsforms Build from scratch and maintain the companyrsquos CV database Handle social media activities such as job postings announcements etc. Develop amp update companyrsquos internal recruitment process Take part in preparation for employment fairs participation Participate in activities related to the company website Job Requirements Presentation Skills Fluent English Keywords Sales Customer Service Telecommunication Company Profile Mission The mutual benefit of both parties clients clients and job seekers and by providing our expertise in the field of human resources management and putting the right person in the right place.
