About the Job Monitoring and supervising the piping fabrication activities carried out by the module fabricator. Monitor the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and contractor procedures. Ensuring that the piping fabrication and assembly activities are carried out to the schedule and highest HSE standards. Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed. Providing weekly progress reports. Participating in fabrication and safety reviews for piping fabrication and assembly works. Providing technical support to the project on piping fabrication installation commissioning and Hook up. Provide input to Project Documents for Piping fabrication assembly commissioning and startup requirements. Supporting Hook Up and Commissioning team for load outin and Startup. Ensuring the issuance of appropriate documentation for installation works e.g. requests permits isolations etc Provide input re operability issue associated with piping layouts in particular low points venting testing etc. Job Requirements Engineering technical qualification Minimum HND or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience in Topside piping fabrication and site representation. Familiarity with piping design and welding codes. Familiarity with piping 3D CAD and piping stress software models. The job holder must have proven ConstructionProduction Operations Oil and Gas processing Utilities related systems. Knowledge of site fabrication activities. The ability to work to the highest HSE standards have a proactive approach to decision making problem solving and analytical skills and be a good team player. The ability to lead work with and coach local and International staff. Self starter who is able to plan their own priorities within the context of the current and planned workload.
