nbspOne of the leading companies in the field of Micro Finance urgently requires the following position Job title IT Security architect Job type Full Time Location Maadi Cairo Description Security Architect serves as a subject matter expert in many areas of security both in breadth and depth and directly contributes in a broad range of areas including cutting edge security technologies compliance and auditing capabilities policy and enterprise level architecture vulnerability analysis and penetration testing efforts. The candidate must have a deep and varied expertise of information security principles practices processes and technologies. In particular previous experience of security architecture and implementing technical security solutions such as identity and access management data protection secure partner connectivity and application security controls is essential. Responsibilities bull Designs security models reviews and approves security configuration and installation of the overall solution firewall VPN routers IDS scanning technologies and servers. bull Oversees security awareness programs. Educates and communicates to staff about information security policies procedures and best practices. bull Monitors industry security updates technologies and best practices to improve security management. bull Participates in the development of hardware software network security procedures and guidelines that support information security policies. bull Develop and implement enterprise security architectures and solutions. bull Develop the business information and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise security architecture. bull Define security architectural and technology standards and define architectural governance processes. bull Accountable for the creation and maintenance of security privacy and identity and access management capability strategic and technology roadmaps for all areas of responsibility. bull Research evaluate and recommend informationsecurityrelated hardware and software including developing business cases for security investments. bull Conduct business case presentations to senior management for proposed security products and solutions. bull Create and present professional grade deliverables such as technical architecture documents technical drawings and presentations bull Responsible to implement and maintain best security standards and policies to protect information systems architecture that includes data center network servers storage databases applications and related access control. bull Research design and advocate new technologies architectures and security and privacy products that will support security privacy and Identity and Access management requirements for the solution. bull Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the delivery of security projects based on key business drivers. bull Serve as a an expert in secure application development network andor platform operating system Identity and Access Management and product development efforts helping project teams comply with global security and privacy policies industry regulations and best practices. bull Serve as a consultant team member or individual contributor of security and privacy technology business projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle. bull Provide security design and architecture requirements for new technology projects and affected processes. bull Translate business security and privacy requirement to solution designs and implementation plans. bull Play an advisory role in application development or acquisition projects to assess security requirements and controls and to ensure that security controls are implemented as planned. bull Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for new systems and enhancements to identify gaps and inconsistencies and translate these into requirements for infrastructure buildout. Desired Skills and Experience Skills amp Qualifications bull Minimum three years of progressive security architecture experience preferably within a professional services firm or a financial enterprise. bull BABS degree in either Computer Science or MIS or equivalent preferred. bull SecurityNetworking certifications i.e. CISSP CISM GIAC CCNA. bull Experience designing and implementing secure architecture and reference architectures. bull Detailed understanding of secure network and application design concepts. bull Advanced enterprise experience engineering of designing secure solutions to handle complex problems with a demonstrated ability to create security architectures that work for the business and enable success. bull Ability to design solutions which can be managed at enterprise scale. bull Ability to work with already installed solutions to get more breadth to accomplish a solution with already spent dollars. bull Ability to work with minimal day to day direction and must be personally motivated to continually learn new emerging technologies. bull Creative thinker with an understanding of what can really work in a distributed and complex environment. bull Expert at sizing systems and taking into account licensing costs business needs and all other aspects of large and small infrastructure designs. bull Strong documentation experience and the ability to drive processes and procedures. bull Certification in TOGAF Zachman and ITIL are desirable. bull Strong knowledge of information risk and security principles and best practices. bull Combined experience that includes understanding and exposure to the following o Operating systems Linux and Windows o Networking switching routing firewalls VPN load balancers o Databases Oracle and My SQL o Intrusion detection and preventions system o Vulnerability and penetration testing o Identify and Access Management o SEIM and Incident Response methodologies o Data protection solutions o Network traffic analysis and packet inspection o Authentication multifactor federated models protocols o Certificate solutions for 802.1x SSL client email PKI o Secure web gateways and application level firewalls o Hosted infrastructure IaaS PaaS and Saas o Standards and Frameworks PCI PII Privacy SOX ISO NIST etchellip If interested please send your updated CV nbspmentioning the job title in the subject.
