- Prepares and develops technical and material specifications in coordination with the Heads of Department/Studios
- Ensures consistency of the technical specifications with drawings/other design document
- Ensures that the documents produced comply with the quality control procedures Coordinates with other disciplines during the preparation of specification
- Continuously updates specification information as per the latest standards, notifications from statutory authorities if any, and advancements in Technology/Materials
- Evaluates building product performance, specifications and their manufacturersPrepares, updates and maintains a database of Products/Materials and their Manufacturers/Suppliers
- Assists Design teams in finding appropriate product information/catalogues
- Conducts reviews of shop drawings/material submittals for specific post-contract jobs as required, in coordination with Site Project managers
