- Working closely with a team and other professionals such as team leader / senior architects.
- Interprets and understand drawings and project specification.
- Ensures that local codes and standards are complied.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural Design teams, Electro Mechanical Department and local authorities.
- Ensure project quality is implemented.
- Review & provide guidance for the architectural designs / layouts for all projects to ensure full compliance with local (QCDD) & international Code (NFPA) standards
- Project reviews requiring the evaluation construction methods, building use, occupancy etc.
- Preparation & submission of all QCD applications;
- Monitoring & reporting approvals status
