Client


A Global leading Oilfield Equipment manufacturer which was established over 60 years ago is expanding rapidly in the region and is looking to hire an ambitious energetic Technical Sales Engineer OCTG Pipes to support sales activity in region.


Responsibilities


Builds highquality lasting technical relationship guided by a strong understanding of customer situations.


Connects customer ideas with product development organization and predicts future applications and products.


Discovers opportunities adds value to customer operations and proves differentiation.


Assists in the development and distribution of sales tools with a proactive sales approach.


Offers value added services string design running services inspection etc. as an empowered member of the customer team.


Assists a team and at times leads the customer investigation and claims management process.


Provides a technical support role.


Participates in setting and reviewing customer specific sales strategies.


Main decisions to take


Future development position may lead into


Commercial positions


Growing with the position into a CFE referent for the region

Requirements



  • Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineer preferred

  • 48 yearsrsquo experience in the oil and gas industry.

  • Experience in technical sales of OCTGsuch as drill pipe pipe casings oil pipes premium connections.

  • Proven supervisory track record with strong management potential.
