Job Purpose and Summary:
To supervise the sales team to achieve sales target.
Accountability:
* Leading and motivating the sales team
* Assure to achieve the target by sales team
* Join visit to Assist the sales team to close their deal on daily basis
* Daily and weekly meeting to organize the sales process
* Assure that the team working on the right track and direction.
* Resolving all customers issue to keep the sales running
* Gathering the daily visit report for all sales team
* Provide weekly and monthly reports and forecast to the sales manager about all the sales team
* Update the sales team about the products and services.
* Weekly workshops to simulate the sales process
* Assist the sales manager in hiring new staff
* Assuring to bring the quality sales to the company.
* Follow up with all related Dept.(Marketing, Operation, Activation, …etc)
* Monitoring the sales team attendance and finalize all ERP requests and issue
