Requirements Technical Competencies Minimum 37 Years experience in Project Planning. Must have an engineering degree and be attested. Ability to develop logic for various facilities and trades. Will report to Planning Engineer and assist in their responsibilities. Preferred Airport or large project experience. Will be part of a Planning Team of 20 plus staff. Meet with client and subcontractors on a daily basis to review schedule and issues. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports consisting of narrative describing progress issues delays graphs charts progress drawings. Assist in the preparation of extension of time and delay analysis. Must have good English verbal and writing skills. Arabic a plus but not required. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Primavera P6 scheduling programs. Assist in the Reviewing and analysing of subcontractors schedule and submission logsreports. Have site based experience and walk site on a daily basis. Gather and report update status and progress issues to the Planning Engineer for assessment. Will liaise with other Planning Team Commercial Team and Variations Team and exchange information. Assist in the preparation of fragnet schedules as required. Liaise with Contractors Zone ManagerEngineers daily regarding scheduling issues. Attend meetings with clients subcontractors as required. Assist in the monitoring and updating the schedule as required and make assessments. Have thorough knowledge of resource and cost loading and subcontractor work forces.
