Senior Quantity Surveyor
A leading Engineering consultant company in Qatar look forward for an energetic Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in the same filed.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who are able to demonstrate experience in the following:
Preparation of budget and cost estimates on building projects.
Proven ability to manage directing, planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project.
Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports.
Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis, planning, controlling and value engineering.
Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects.
Working knowledge of FIDIC.
Basic knowledge of general design and construction activities for infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
Qualification & Experience
• BSc in Quantity surveying or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Arch/Construction or any other related discipline from a recognized Institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, GCC experience is preferred
• Membership of an applicable professional association such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage.
