Three Years On-Call Secondment of Staff
For Drainage Networks O&M Department
• Reporting progress against plan and identifying options with other members of the
Asset Management team to correct any variances
• Support and provide evidence on asset needs and lifecycle investment priorities
to the both the long term planning and the policy and strategy team
• Timely delivery of accurate robust plans for planning activities within Drainage
O&M
• Maintain business planning rules to reflect operational procedures and policies
• Auditing O&M contractor planning processes
• Communicating the plan and key stakeholder management within the Drainage
O&M and wider Ashghal organisation
• Providing input for development of five to twenty-five year strategic plan
• Defining and managing all planning cycles and processes
• Management of planning function including budgets and resources
Qualifications & Experience
• Education qualification shall be obtained from North America, West Europe,
Australia or equivalent University.
• Membership of a suitable professional body with relevant experience and proven
track record
