The Role
Participates in weekly project cost reviewsschedule meetings
Develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and construction
Develops and maintains various Levels of schedule Level 1 to Level 3
Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action
Maintains the established project costschedule program and prepares schedulecost status reports
Provides meaningful accurate historical data
Develops Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract
Develops totally integrated EPC schedulescost control programs
Prepare and analyzes the Project Income Statement
Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance.
Develop and make a formal presentation
Construction site assignment.
Requirements
Work experience as a construction engineer or supervisor fully assigned to project more than three projects or longer than five years project period in Civil amp Building projectPreferred Hospital Experience
5years of experience in Overseas Middle East Countries Project is preferred.
The capability to review and prepare the Tech. Document Procedure and documents
The capability to use the Schedule Programe PrimaveraP6
