Acircmiddot Support Regional Manager in the supervision and direction of Field Service Technical Representatives

Acircmiddot Assist in developing common technical procedures and driving technical solutions throughout the region

Acircmiddot Responsible for field service technical work

Acircmiddot Responsible for opening work order files for Field Service projects

Acircmiddot Coordinate all cost associated with Field Service projects collect all data from representatives when job is completed

Acircmiddot Attach all backups to Oracle projects for billing purposes

Acircmiddot Print invoice after it is issued attach backup and send to customers for payment

Acircmiddot Resolve any supplier customer problems with Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable

Acircmiddot Provide customs import and export advice and guidance for tooling and parts as required

Acircmiddot Assist with revenue and customs audits when required

Acircmiddot Monitor offsite Field Service warehouse activity process utilityservice invoices for payment. Arrange contracts for lease extension phone service disposal services copier services etc.

Acircmiddot Assist with setup for new employees

Acircmiddot Issue credit memos when required maintain files for customer Tax Exemption Certificates

Acircmiddot Provide proof of current liability insurance and workman's compensation certificates to customers when requestedQualificationsRequirements Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diplomaGED with at least 6 years of experience in a customer interface role

Acircmiddot At least 4 additional years of customer interface experienceAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred Acircmiddot Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment Acircmiddot Six Sigma training is preferred Acircmiddot Strong oral and written communication skills Acircmiddot Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
