Job Description



 Minimum experience of 10 years in running sales operations and managing sales people with 510 years’ experience in a large multinational softwaretechnology organization.

 Proven strong sales track record in the assigned industry space to the Large Enterprise segment

 Very Extensive sales experience a collaborative management style and disposition and capability to work in a networked organization

 Good familiarity and indepth knowledge of the software market of the assigned solution in the assigned market units competition customers and partners

 Knowledge in SecurityAntivirus Solutions an added advantage.  Proven sales track record in capturing market share and growing a profitable sales business in the assigned solution area.  Strong ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner

 An MBA Postgraduate degree will be a plus factor

 Very extensive sales experience a collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams

 Strong track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner

 Good ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Good Decision MakerProblem Solver

 Very Strong capabilities in value based and proactive selling

 Excellent execution of sales plans and activities.

 Good negotiation skills
