THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting arable farm unit managers with significant experience of intensive arable farming techniques for several locations within Saudi Arabia. Our client currently has over 25000 hectares of dedicated land responsible for the growth of wheat maize grain maize silage and alfalfa using central pivot irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar intensive environment ideally utilizing parallel irrigation technology
CANDIDATES REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
- Extensive experience of crop production.
- Ability to plan organize and handle significant responsibility.
- Ability to work with and develop a multinational workforce.
- Real affinity for modern arable farming techniques.
