Baker Hughes Incorporated BHI offers the opportunity as an experienced Field Coordinator for its product line Logging While Drilling
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments job or project management administration and technical support.
- Responsible for multiple productsservices in a multiple legal entities. Typically does not have budgetary responsibility.
- Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects.
- Works independently under general supervision requiring normal guidance and review.
- Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience number of employees supervised and scope of responsibility.
- Handles special projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 10 years experience as Field EngineerField Specialist working logging while drilling
- Strong negotiating skills communication and selling skills
- Demonstrated understanding of sales process
- Ability to build strong relationships and close business
- Ability to build and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships with customers
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language
- Ability to execute the integration of new technology with engineers and bring technology to the market base
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS- Comprehensive specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services and general knowledge of products and services of other BHI divisions
- Good background of Operations experience with some onshore experience preferred
- IntermediateAdvance MS Office skills and abilities primarily Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook
