The Lead Customer Service Engineer will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals programs and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect shortterm and some longterm business goals.Essential Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services.



Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region



Be responsible for Field Support customer training maintenance planning spare parts tooling advice on operation seminars and symposiums



Affectively handle technical queries from assigned customers



Be knowledgeable and sensitive to business and be responsible for social and cultural issues significant to their customers



Initiate and maintain service billing and tracking including issuance of service dispatch orders



Be responsible for building strong longterm relationships with specific customers within the region



Support Root Cause Analysis efforts within customer and GE organizations relating to customer failures forced outages and incidents of interest.



Provide the leadership to balance customer service satisfaction.



Provide frontline technical response to inquiries received by the customer response center identifying potential problems and coordinating troubleshooting activities with numerous internal organizations.



Distribute information on customer issues so that all members of customer support team share common understanding and objectives.



Willing to travel to meet customer expectation.QualificationsRequirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university .



Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Service role or Field Service role.



Computer skills MS Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel.



Language skills English amp Arabic.



Good team player research and organizational skills keen to learn proactive attitude.



Excellent communication skills enthusiasm and commitment.



Proactive and high selfmotivated.



Able to work with people at all levels.



Leadership skills able to motivate and work with others.



Excellent communication skills.



Ability to evaluate and understand reasonably complex issues and work through problems to deliver esults in an organized and structured manner.



Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate high quality work at speed using technology to check and valid information where appropriate.
