!!IMPLEMENTATION MANAGERInspired WorknbspnbspThe role of Implementation Manager is based at Al KharjnbspnbspRole DescriptionnbspAs the Implementation Manager Facilities IMF – AlKharj the Job Holder is responsible for the delivery control and monitoring of progress on new facilities in AlKharj. The IMF will be responsible for implementation and construction of New Igloos in AlKharj and any other project in BAESA. The Job Holder will liaise with Supply Chain and other BAE lines of business to ensure the project is delivered to time cost and quality in line customer expectations.nbspThe Job Holder will ensure that all aspects of the project are fully defined to ensure customer requirements are achieved in accordance with all business and commercial criteria as well as company policies and procedures. In doing so the IMF will ensure that project plans and budgets are maintained which will deliver to customer and business needs ensuring that these plans are consistent with overall programme needs and the specific deadlines and milestones are agreed and communicated to all parties involved.nbspThe Job Holder will lead control and monitor the project to ensure that the various phases of the project are managed and are delivered to agreed time cost and quality requirements regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan and where necessary intervening to resolve issues which threaten delivery plan. To achieve this it will be necessary to ensure that the project adheres to all policies and procedures are carried out in such a way as to minimise risk and maximise opportunities.nbspnbspThe Job Holder will need to manage the project objectives especially assigned relationships with major suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all contracts are delivered and that issues are effectively addressed. To undertake this role the IMF will need to ensure that the project team possesses the required resources and capabilities to effectively deliver the project in line with all requirements and that staff are aware of and capable of meeting their accountabilities. To fully achieve this there will be a need to liaise with all functions relevant to the delivery of assigned projects to build integrated project teams and to enable the achievement of project objectives.nbspThe role requires the application of Project Management skills covering the entire project lifecycle. The position is to lead the project by ensuring the technical support through direct and indirect management of the team in the implementation and construction of the facilities design solution. In the prime contractorship role a significant aspect of the job will be the management of interfaces between several subcontractors with the added complexity of potential significant in Country Industrial Participation and in the case of KSA Saudisation.nbspImportant parts of the IMF role will be to ensure those postphase gates appraisals are carried out to ensure “lessons learned” are disseminated across other business teams.nbspThe IMF will be delegated specific agreed Project Management Governance from the Project Management Authority and be responsible for the Facilities Implementation and Construction Team for the application and compliance with the PM functional process including LCM and the BAES Operational Framework on the New Igloos Project at AlKharj. This will include Planning Monitoring and Control Risk and Opportunity Management ROMP Performance Management and support to Phase and Contract Reviews.nbspnbspActivities CoverednbspWill hold the delegated Project Management Governance and be responsible for the Facilities Implementation and Construction Team compliance with the BAES Operational Framework.nbspTo lead and direct the Facilities Implementation and Construction Team in understanding the Customer’s specific and derived Requirements and the delivery of the design solution.nbspTo lead the Facilities Implementation and Construction Team in the successful implementation and construction of the new facilities requirements and oversee the management and flow down requirements to the subcontractors to fulfil the customer expectations. This will be accomplished using the CPL leadership and behaviours and Project Management Capability.nbspEstablish regular progress meetings with the contractor.nbspAccountable to the Programme Manager for the overall integrations of the New Igloos projects at AlKharj.nbsp EnsuringnbspPlanning Monitoring and ControlnbspMonitor review and provide guidance on an integrated network based MS Project Schedule.nbspUnderstand and review Critical Path and provide guidance on what steps to take to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.nbspUnderstand review and monitor tasks and associated risk and opportunities ensuring a value based estimate has been produced which can be justified.nbspEstablish SHE reporting structure implement on construction site and provide monthly reports on the overall New Igloos.nbspRisk and Opportunity ManagementnbspPrepare and manage the project risk plan.nbspContinually assess and analyse the risk of PREDICT!
