The IMF will be responsible for implementation and construction of New Igloos in AlKharj and any other project in BAESA. The Job Holder will liaise with Supply Chain and other BAE lines of business to ensure the project is delivered to time cost and quality in line customer expectations.nbspThe Job Holder will ensure that all aspects of the project are fully defined to ensure customer requirements are achieved in accordance with all business and commercial criteria as well as company policies and procedures. In doing so the IMF will ensure that project plans and budgets are maintained which will deliver to customer and business needs ensuring that these plans are consistent with overall programme needs and the specific deadlines and milestones are agreed and communicated to all parties involved.nbspThe Job Holder will lead control and monitor the project to ensure that the various phases of the project are managed and are delivered to agreed time cost and quality requirements regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan and where necessary intervening to resolve issues which threaten delivery plan. To achieve this it will be necessary to ensure that the project adheres to all policies and procedures are carried out in such a way as to minimise risk and maximise opportunities.nbspnbspThe Job Holder will need to manage the project objectives especially assigned relationships with major suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all contracts are delivered and that issues are effectively addressed.
