Job Description


Our client is an integrated liquid logistics company speacializing in petroleum and chemical handling and distribution. They are present in the Middle East Africa Asia The Pacific and Central America.



The ideal candidate will be a post graduate or MBA in HR with at leats 57 years experience in managerial level. The candidate should demonstrate previous hands on experience in devising core HR systems including but not limited to competencies frameworks learning and development systems and performance management with a parallel responsibility on routine HR opertions as well as ensuring policy implementations. Previous exposure to an HR ERP preferably Oracle is a must.
