Job description
- Assist in evaluating scientific basic sciences and clinical research applications submitted to Clinical Research Committee.
- Assist in improving the Quality of research Proposals prior to their submission to the Clinical Research Committee for review.
- Must have experience in Bayesian methods survival analysis analysis of geographical patterns of disease longitudinal data analysis and methods for analyzing data from epidemiologic studies and clinical trials.
- Expected to provide biostatistical consultation to staff and students write research proposals or grant applications for submission to funding.
- Assist in the development of the Research Center reports.
- Teach undergraduate or continuing education courses or seminars in biostatistics and prepare articles for publication or presentation at professional conferences.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Master Degree in Biostatistician or equivalent from an accredited university or college essential.
- PhD from a recognized western university Preferred.
- 2 3 years experience as Biostatistician.
