· To establish and run a TimeCondition Based Maintenance system within the plant.

·Support and enhance the effective implementation of TPM – Total productive maintenance.

· To be responsible for all quality and safety aspects of work.

· Keep reliable maintenance data and records that are professionally generated and systematically organized.

· Coordinate and communicate on regular basis with other relevant departments through meetings emails to identify and tackle all maintenance issues encountered and that may arise.

· Support and ensure availability of critical spare parts requirements.

· Lead the team in the r epair upkeep of all maintenance equipments and facilities for continues production operations.

· Support new improvements and installation with their prerequirements.

· Provide both handson and board room training to his staff and other departments.

· Implement and follow the ISO procedures for SHE QMS EMSOSHA TPM and EnMs to achieve the target.

Requirements

· University degree in Engineering from a reputable university

· Proficient PC skills SAP MS Office PowerPoint Excel Word

· Excellent written and verbal business English

· Able to communicate with multicultural people employees

· Good organizational and multitasking skills Highly collaborative. Ability to plan and

work unsupervised
